If your tenant defaults and you need to submit a demand for unpaid rent or damages, you can start the process via the Rent Guarantee you have set up in your SingleKey account.
Simply click on the property that you wish to make the demand for, and hit the “make a demand” button near the bottom of the page. You will be asked for some information on the status of the default and any other relevant details.
Once you submit the demand our team will reach out to help you with next the steps to ensure a timely payout.
