Coverage is currently available to all customers located in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Nova Scotia.
The Tenant Coverage product is non-refundable. If you decide you no longer wish to be covered, you can cancel your coverage by logging in to your SingleKey account and cancelling your policy from the Account Settings page.
You will continue to receive coverage until the end of the billing cycle of the period you cancelled. For example, if you are billed monthly on the 15th, and you cancel your coverage on the 4th of the month, you will have Tenant Coverage until the 15th of the month.
