For our users’ and tenants’ financial security, our Risk Management team is required to verify bank information before we can activate rent collection accounts.
We have introduced using micro-deposits to help verify banking information. After Submitting your bank account information we will deposit a small amount between $0.1 and $2.00 to your account. Please enter that amount on the next page. The deposit would be labeled as “Vopay International,” this may take up to 15 minutes to see in your account.
Once you receive the amount, please enter the correct amount, click “Confirm” and submit.
