Users can request cancellation for approved or active Rent Guarantees. Please read this article before proceeding to ensure this is your decision.
To request cancellation, please follow the steps bellow.
Step 1: Log into your SingleKey account and click on the “Rent Guarantee” header.
Step 2: Besides the tenant’s name, click on the 3 dots & “Request Cancellation”
Step 3: Alternatively, besides the tenant’s name, click “View details”
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom, and click “Request Cancellation”
Step 5: You will receive the popup screen below and you can click on “Continue”.
Step 6. Please provide the reason for cancelling and click “Continue”.
Once this is done, your Rent Guarantee specialist will receive the notification and they will contact you within 1-2 business days.
