How do I switch to PAD from Interac?

Interac mode of Rent Collection intended to speed up the process for the transaction to complete in one business day once the tenant accepts the request. 

If you’re looking to switch the transaction back to PAD, please navigate to “Rent Collection” and click on the name of the tenant, and scroll down to Rent withdrawal method.

Choose Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD).
