Nelda Schulte champions landlord education to help property owners navigate the challenges of residential real estate investing. With over 15 years of experience, primarily in Alberta, Nelda has made significant contributions to the field. From 2017 to 2020, she co-founded Calgary Dwelling Consultants, a notable property management firm. To foster a supportive community, she established Alberta Landlords Watch, a Facebook and meetup group for Alberta landlords, and authored the bestselling book, "The Canadian Landlords Handbook."
